Coexisting however conflicting wants create self-sabotaging behaviors. This is the reason we resist efforts to vary, usually till they really feel fully futile. However by extracting essential perception from our most damaging habits, constructing emotional intelligence by higher understanding our brains and our bodies, releasing previous experiences at a mobile stage, and studying to behave as our highest potential future selves, we will step out of our personal approach and into our potential. For hundreds of years, the mountain has been used as a metaphor for the large challenges we face, particularly ones that appear unattainable to beat. To scale our mountains, we truly need to do the deep inner work of excavating trauma, constructing resilience, and adjusting how we present up for the climb. Ultimately, it’s not the mountain we grasp, however ourselves.
